All advertisements and images submitted to The Wood Word must be available in a high-resolution (250-300 dpi) format. If no ad copy is available, The Wood Word offers design services (see Rate Card) to suit the advertiser’s needs. Contact the Graphic Design/Layout team for more information.

All advertisements must be approved by the Advertising Sales Manager, Editor-In-Chief, and Academic Advisor prior to acceptance, and must coincide with the values and standards set down in The Wood Word Constitution and by Marywood University. All advertisement proofs, inquiries, and ideas must be submitted in a timely fashion to meet all necessary deadlines.
