On Thursday, Sept. 22, Marywood University’s President, Sr. Mary Persico, IHM, Ed.D. emailed all undergraduate students addressing student concerns about campus food service.
“I read on FB [Facebook] that you are not happy with the food lines, especially at the LC [Learning Commons]. I know about those lines because I was in one of them last week trying to get a latte,” Sr. Mary stated in the email.
Sr. Mary suggests in her email that students should attend the next Student Government Association (SGA) meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 9 p.m. when Jon Barzensky, senior director of Chartwells Dining Services, will be in attendance to discuss the long lines.
According to Sr. Mary’s email, she wants students to be happy and proud to be a Marywood student, where “we all work together to solve problems.”
