Four new board members have recently been elected to serve on Marywood’s Board of Trustees, according to a press release issued by the university on June 27.

The newly elected board members are as follows:

Sr. Sister Nancy DeCesare, IHM, Philadelphia, Pa.
Dr. Bernadette Gray-Little, Lawrence, Kan.
Rev. John M. Lapera, Clarks Green, Pa.
Daniel J. Santaniello, Roaring Brook Twp., Pa.

According to Marywood Public Relations Director Juneann Grecco, the members that have rotated off the Board of Trustees are Monsignor David L. Tressler, attorney Marion Munley and Catherine Gilligan Quinlan.

Additionally, board officers have been elected for the 2017-2018 term.

Vice Chair: Mary Ellen McDonough, Scranton, Pa
Secretary: Susan Cognetti, Clarks Green, Pa.
Treasurer: James G. Gavin, M.S.W., Scranton, Pa.
