Marywood’s BOLD and SBGI’s annual leadership symposium had a special guest, Christi Lukaisiak. She talked about important life lessons in business and how to manage being an adult. She gave her advice about how to balance work and life, time management, conflict/ resolutions, diplomacy, learning to delegate, crisis management, etc. She also spoke about being a mom and managing her array of businesses. Lastly, she touched the importance of branding and how to manage one’s own public image. In between her presentation she talked about what it was like to be on Dance Moms and how it advanced her business skills to what they are presently.
