On Saturday, May 17th, Marywood held its annual commencement ceremony at Mohegan Sun Arena. Celebrating the achievements of the class of 2025, Marywood’s 107th commencement ceremony featured former Eagles quarterback and current sports commentator and entrepreneur Ron “Jaws” Jaworski as the commencement speaker. Jaworski spoke of the importance of leadership and its ties to being a successful individual, also speaking about the ability to work well with those around you. This year, two co-valedictorians were named, one from each college. Chosen for their academic achievement, Ryan Coleman and Nicola Veniamin were selected from the College of Health Sciences and the Reap College of Creative and Professional Studies, respectively.
