Marywood President Sr. Mary Persico, IHM, Ed.D honored faculty and staff during the annual Cor Mariae and Years of Service ceremonies this week.

Elizabeth Anne Connery, Mona R. Griffer, Ed.D., Deborah Hokien, Ph.D. and Maria Michaela Sitko were inducted and honored for their Distinguished Vicennial Service to the University during the Investiture Ceremony of The Order: Cor Mariae Pro Fide Et Cultura on Sunday, March 26 in the Liguori Center.

The Core Mariae Pro Fide Et Cultura Years of Service Honorees included Anthony Spinillo and Rosemary Burger for 30 years of service, as well as Sr. Frances Russell, IHM, Ph.D. for 45 years of service.

Additionally, Gale A. Jaeger, Ed.D. and Sr. Margaret Gannon, IHM, Ph.D. were the Core Mariae Pro Fide Et Cultura Faculty Emeritus Honorees.

The following individuals were honored with the Sister Theresa Maxis, IHM Service Award for 20 years of commitment and service to Marywood University during the Years of Service ceremony on Wednesday, March 29 in the Latour Room:

  • Vincent Burgio, CIO Office System Administrator I
  • Meghan C. Cruciani, Assistant Vice President for Student Success
  • Albert M. Kwiatkowski, Utility Mechanic III
  • Eloise A. Shoemaker, Mail Services Clerk/Typist
  • Dr. Sheri Ann Skrutski, Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Instructor
