A finalist for the next president of Marywood University will be visiting campus next week.

Ann Boland-Chase, vice president for enrollment services and student success, sent an email to the Marywood community about the presidential search with attached updates from Dr. Ann Henry, chair of the Board of Trustees and chair of the Search Committee.

Henry said in the memo the Board of Trustees has invited Sister Mary Persico, a member of the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, IHM, to visit campus.

Sr. Mary will be on campus April 4 and 5 to meet with the Marywood community.

According to Henry, Sr. Mary will have scheduled meetings with stakeholders, faculty, staff, administrators, board members, alumni and students.

In addition to these groups, Henry said there is a scheduled “All Campus Open Forum” event where Sr. Mary will “share her vision of what Marywood University will look like in the next five years under her leadership.”

“We urge you to participate in the appropriate meetings,” said Henry.

On Monday, April 4, all meetings will take place in the Comerford theater. The schedule is as follows:
· 1 p.m. – Open administrators and staff session
· 3 p.m. – Open faculty session
· 4 p.m. – Open student session
· 5 p.m. – Open alumni session

On Tuesday, April 5 the meeting schedule is as follows:
· 9:30 a.m. in Swartz B – Open faculty session
· 1 p.m. in Swartz B – Open session for anyone
· 3 p.m. in Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts – Campus Presentation
