Yesterday afternoon Marywood held its 106th commencement ceremony, celebrating the class of 2024. More than 800 students from the College of Health Sciences and the Reap College of Creative and Professional Studies received their various degrees at the ceremony.
Sister Mary Persico, IHM, Ed.D, delivered her keynote speech to the graduating class, reflecting on the students time spent at Marywood and her own. Sister Mary was thanked for her work during her eight year tenure as president of Marywood and named President Emerita by the board.
